1. Request a Return
Would you like to exercise your right of withdrawal? If so, please request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Send an email to hello@holylive.shop, and be sure to include your order number and the products you wish to return.

2. Check the Conditions
To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions apply:

The return request must be submitted within 14 days of receipt.

The olive oil must not be opened, used, or damaged.

The product must, if reasonably possible, be returned in its original packaging.

Opened packages or partially used products cannot be returned for hygiene and quality reasons.

3. Ship Your Return
After submitting your request, you can return the package via a shipping carrier of your choice.

Please note:
You must purchase a return label yourself.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
We recommend that you keep the shipping receipt in a safe place until the return has been processed.

 

4. Refund
As soon as we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the purchase amount using the same payment method used to pay for the order.

The refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days after we receive the return.
