EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL PRIMOLJO MONOCULTIVAR VARIETA' FAVOLOSA (FS-17) 100% PRODUCED IN ITALY FROM OLIVES GROWN IN ITALY COLD EXTRACTED.

EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL MONOCULTIVAR FAVOLIO is obtained exclusively from the milling of well-cared-for, top-quality olives of the Favolosa variety (FS-17) from crops grown in Apulia. Harvesting is done in the right ways and at the right times to protect the best richness of aroma components. Production is carried out with ultra-modern equipment and according to the correct industrial methods designed to transmit all the fragrance contained in the fruit to the oil obtained. Storage is carried out away from light and heat sources, in stainless steel silos kept full and hermetically sealed.

The extra virgin olive oil PRIMOLJO is constantly checked at specialized laboratories and tasted by experts whose final test is always consonant to the Communitary Regulations (2568/91, 183/93, 2472/97 etc.) and with the C.O.I.
