Intensely Fruity is a boldly fruity extra virgin olive oil with more pronounced bitter and spicy notes compared to medium-fruity olive oils. Its rich aroma and flavor are especially noticeable when paired with legumes, red meats, salads, and crudités.

The olive cultivars used are: Cellina di Nardò, Ogliarola Leccese, Favolosa, Leccino, and other varieties typical of the Apulian region.
