Lightly Fruity is an extra virgin olive oil with an extremely delicate and subtle flavor profile. A lightly fruity extra virgin olive oil pairs perfectly with raw fish dishes, vegetables, salads, and sauces. The taste of the lightly fruity oil does not overpower the flavor of the dish.
The olive cultivars used are: Cellina di Nardò, Ogliarola Leccese, Favolosa, Leccino, and other varieties typical of the Puglia region.
