Our Oils
Our oils are all extra virgin olive oils, cold-pressed, and 100% Italian, in accordance with EEC Regulation 2568/91, which states: "Extra virgin olive oil is oil obtained through extraction using only mechanical methods, without the use of chemical processes. The acidity of an extra virgin olive oil must never exceed 0.8%." The cultivars used are: Cellina di Nardò, Ogliarola leccese, Favolosa, Leccino, and other varieties typical of the Puglia region.
